Hello all and thanks for coming to my first post and recipe as I attempt to add all the 21 Day Fix recipes I used during round one. I finished Round #1 on Friday and now I'm into Round #2. Some of these are just normal meals with proper container portions, and some are recipes I found browsing, and altered to accommodate the lifestyle. Enjoy them, make them, comment & pin them!
INGREDIENTS

Cut into 18 pieces and you can have a piece 3 times a week that counts for 2 tablespoons!!
I thought these are so good, everyone thought so. They are the most moist brownies EVER!
- 1 C Peanut Butter *
- 1 1/2 C Grated Zucchini
- 1/3 C Raw Honey
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- A dash of nutmeg and allspice
- 1 Cup Mini Dark Chocolate Morsels
DIRECTIONS
- Turn on oven to 350.
- Spray a 9 x 9 pan (mine was glass).
- Combine all ingredients except dark chocolate morsels in a bowl and whisk or beat together.
- Add dark chocolate morels and fold batter til mixed.
- Put entire batter in 9 x 9 pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes. (Can be longer if zucchini was really wet)
